Do I need to register to attend Coast-to-Coast Women?
Yes. Everyone must register to attend all workshops and sessions of Coast-to-Coast Women.
Is the cost of my hotel room(s) included in the registration price?
No. REGISTRATION DOES NOT include the cost of your hotel room(s). The hotel will require you to pay 1 night in advance when you make your registration.
What does your registration include?
The registration includes: workshops materials.
What is your cancellation, refund or change policy?
All purchases are final and payment in full is required at time of registration. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges unless documented medical emergency.
Can I change a name or give someone else my badge?
No. Name changes are not permitted and registrations for this conference are non-refundable.
Will Coast-to-Coast Women provide ground transportation at any time during the conference?
No. You are responsible for your own transportation during your time at this event, as well as to and from the airport.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. You should receive a confirmation letter prior to the conference.
What should I do if I have not received my confirmation letter prior to the conference?
Call Coast-to-Coast Women at 1-410-996-8986 to confirm your registration. The operator will update your account. Your account notes will be available to the representatives at the conference. Bring any receipt or payment confirmation with you to registration at the conference (i.e. cancelled check, online confirmation, bank or credit card statement).
